AI-supported customer communication for an energy supplier

Introduction of AI-supported customer communication covering the complete project life cycle – from the first ideas, concepts and workshops to technical implementation, go-live and hypercare. Payment plans, payment extensions, invoice copies and moves are automated end to end: AI-based e-mail triage and a Cognigy hotline hand the requests to SAP. The solution integrates Azure OpenAI and Databricks with SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Customer Engagement and SAP S/4HANA Utilities. Responsibilities included architecture, coordination of internal and external teams, go-live and transport management, task force lead and reporting to management.

Architecture board and RISE with SAP transformation
